If you love to cook or own a  Restaurant, Bakery or Bar, this place is amazing! They have fancy pots and pans,  gadgets, knives , everything! Parked in the lot, the guy who took care of me used to be a Chef, he gave me some great tips!

I got to the store right at closing and the things I had requested was not exactly what I needed. They had the items that I need but they were out of my price range so they took the time and showed me the other items that they had and worked with me to find what I needed.

I have been there many times for specialty items dating back 20 years. Tons of stock - everything you need for the home cook to the restaurant chef / owner. 
The area is a little shady, but that's Plainfield. Wish I still lived in the area.
