I have been to this place twice. I had an issue with a mod I had purchased and the owner helped me tremendously by swapping mine out for a new one. Very knowledgeable and will help you find something that fits your budget. I am new to vaping and they were very patient with me trying out different flavors as well. I can be very picky. Excellent place! Went in with my husband looking for a specific mod. They didn't carry it but I did not feel pressured at all to just get something else. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the different flavors and we ended up buying a bunch just because of how great the customer service was! We also received a 10 % military discount. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great atmosphere, great customer service, GREAT flavors!

Great family owned store with exceptional service. Incredible Flavor selection. I just tried this place out today after getting screwed over by Avail Vapor which is junk. Def dont waste your money there. Ecig city was helpful, knowledgeable and offered FREE high quality build with the purchase of my drip atomizer. Prices were fair as well. Will def be going back to take advantage of their rewards program.

It's been years since I vaped and I don't know anything about all the new gadgets on the market. They helped me out, let me try some flavors and treated me well. I bought a rig and they put it together and filled it up for me. Great people! If your looking at getting into the vape seen go see them. Thanks guys, look forward to my next visit.

Great Staff. The owners are so kind and always greet me with a smile. They have a great juice selection that they let you try before you buy a flavor. The shot is kept in great condition and provides a welcoming environment. E-cig city is my go to shop.

Decent store, has a good select of juice, mods & tanks. They do vape inside, so was cloudy, but that is a sign they aren't rushing you out the door. Helpful when I was looking for a certain flavor. Price is avg for local.

As always, very knowledgable about the equipment they sold me and willing to help get it back up and working. Competitive prices and their point system for discounts coupled with military discounts for both prior service and active duty has me sold that this is the only vape shop in Tidewater I will frequent. Top notch service.

Highly unsatisfied. Rarely have the juices that you want, I received a 6mg nicotine bottle of asl juice said it tasted like mango, but he was very wrong after I asked for a 3 and he proceeded to tell me it hit the same as a 3, but it's absolutely horrible. I've had 2 different juices from there and both have left me with a very irritated throat and a stuffy nose! It's the only vape shop I've experienced this with, and I've been vaping 4 years plus. Just moved to the area and I thought it was an awesome shop at first, But there's much better vape shops In the area than this!

Not only are they the local vape shop for me. Its always an all around great experience everytime i go in. Great service, very knowledgeable and helpful with whatever you may need. Keep it up guys
