Love this place! The guys here are so friendly and nice, and they always help a total newbie like me get exactly what I need. Bought a vape here over a year ago and continue to get my supplies here. I'm also usually in and out quickly, which is a plus for me. This will continue to be my go-to place!

E Cig International in Roxborough is hands down the best vape shop I have ever visited. The staff, specifically George and Brandon are both professional and personable. I absolutely love this place! They helped me quit smoking and saved me money along. the way. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable too. They make their own juices in house. Not only are they better than most others, but the price is much cheaper too!

These guys are so helpful and great to deal with. Parking stinks so I always park at the Sunoco across the street. Their juice is awesome.....made right in the store. They even have flavor boosters!!

I visited this shop for the first time today and i was greeted politely and both attendants helped me makes a solid decision on a disposable vape and offered me different alternatives for future use. So helpful and polite. I will certainly be back!

Edit: the owner reached out and refunded me for the trouble, I have to respect and give credit to someone who takes the time to reach out to customers and tries to accommodate when there’s a mistake made. Kudos. Also have to mention the establishment is very clean and tidy inside with friendly staff Stopped in in February 2021, not only did they sell me a product that was dirty when I opened it I guess I should have checked before leaving the store? but when I came back in 20 minutes later to return it and get a refund, they did not know how to use the ipad to return. Staff member came out from the back room to assist- just checking my bank statement now- never refunded me for the return. Beware, driving the extra 10 minutes and finding parking for Funky Monkey on Main is worth it.

Twice I've come in here with my tank and twice the cashier has sold me coils that didnt fit my tank... while also being super condescending about what they thought they knew. 0/10 service/ knowledge about tanks/coils. I knew what i wanted and needed. I take responsibility for being talked into buying the wrong thing.

Incredibly friendly staff and a good selection of mods. Insane amount of vape juice flavors! Pricing is very competitive, I actually got my mod for $5 less than an online shop was selling it. If you are an experienced vaper who is looking for RDAs, I'm not sure if this is going to be the best place. In terms of mod selection, they do a good job of having something for every budget. I also appreciate the fact that they always ask if I need coils when I stop in for juiceit can be easy to forget that you might need new coils soon. Overall, this is the best vape shop in the Roxborough/Manayunk area.
