They are located on the second floor. Mask is mandatory. Appointments are on time. Huge and multiple waiting rooms. The audiologist is great.
Saw Dr. Korkegian today. 5/5 stars. His resident was great to.. Dr Mitchell…sorry I forgot your last name, but I appreciate you both. Support staff was great too. Would recommend for anyone needing ENT services.
I love Dr. LePoudre, who is very personable and friendly and knowledgeable and professional and helpful. I also like the staff a lot and Lauren the technician who gives me my allergy shots every week.
Udate: No need to go through annoying details. It ended when with a phone call 2-1/2 months after my initial surgery where I said "I'd rather sit here on my couch and deal with my nose bleed than deal with your office". I have a new Oto doc. Previous: Dr Sayal seems great. Unfortunately in my case, jury is still out. Communication is lacking - especially on the admin/ops side. Office check-in is a pain Web site for checking in even after 4 visits is onerous, time consuming, and ends with ads! Patient portal as bad. Last appointment had me in the waiting room 1:15 until I got a phone call asking where I was. Sitting. Right here! Just made another appointment and was sure to confirm time and location. Patient portal shows me at another office I have never heard of. Oh, visit before last had me waiting until 9 for my 7:45 appointment. How do you get over an hour behind at that hour?
Dr. Seel was so great with helping me get over vertigo. He is very friendly and goes over everything with you. There are no surprises. He exchanges information and ask for my input not like my previous primary doctor. All the staff were very professional and kind. Dr. David Seel also suggested I get a hearing test, since it has been for ever. He goes over everything and let's me know of anything that might be of use for my health. I am really happy to know Dr. Seel.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars truly. This is a money-making machine. I would say that these people are some of the best sales people in the country despite the fact that they should be doctors. They have you go in for the most pointless just talking to the doctor office visits and are extremely untransparent about cost. I was told so many things about my allergy testing process would be free only to find out that I had to pay for every single part of the process. Not only did they say it was free, but it was actually costly. $700 for allergy testing, $380 to mix the serum, $10 per shot, $80 for the doctor to make pointless small talk and the list goes on. Also another thing they won't share with you is that Bingham farms is not fully staffed and so they don't do allergy testing there and only give out shots there one day a week and that day changes each time. If you can't tell by now I feel strongly that this is the biggest scam out there and it's upsetting that it's healthcare and can be life or death for a lot of their patients
Dr. Sayal is wonderful. Knowledge is many areas, and his credentials are very impressive. Office staff is also terrific....friendly and helpful. I've been to their office 3 times and so far I am very pleased!
Excellent staff; ease of appointments; and minimal wait time, Dr. Seel is very professional and compassionate; he coordinates with my other doctors when necessary and provides very thorough advice for ongoing conditions. I could not recommend this physician and office more highly.
Dr. Matthew Farrugia and team were very professional. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and explaining my options in a very prompt and direct manner. I highly recommend this office.
The doctors are very professional as well as kind. They take a lot of time to ensure you get excellent care and to answer all of your questions. The doctors have a wide range of experience and are able to assist with many different types of medical needs. I would highly recommend seeking services here!
