Your customer service has really gotten terrible. Been with you for soooo many years, but slowly moving. My app does not work and for two days now I have been on hold the on hold message is horrible and sounds like a radio station out of tune... I guess to make hang up. Very disappointed.
This is a garbage company with no accountability. They enrolled me in drip 3 times after I unrolled in the continued to do it. They would do nothing to fix their problem. I would not recommend use of etrade for anything. Not to mention they couldn't respond to a single message.
Garbage app for trading. Money takes days to clear. Use TD AMERITRADE
If your going to E-Trade you really don't need a review, but i will say this is a beautiful place to go to one. There is a huge fountain out front. The famous love sculpture is across the Street. Nice area of the City....
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Emails are not answered for weeks. Main number is not answered for over 90 min.
Incredible wait times!!
Etrade is a bad company ,bad customer service, too much invalid fees, stay away from etrade company.
