Eagle Pointe Dentists and Orthodontics

This is the most friendly and efficient dental office I have even been to. Dr J was patient & understanding when I said it had been 7 years since I had been to a dentist. She made me feel comfortable and realized and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone in the office was friendly and seemed truly concerned for the patients and to make sure we were comfortable. When I went for the root canal, Dr Ryan Davis was the same as everyone else! He was friendly and patient and gentle! In the past i have had my mouth tugged on and stretched to the point of pain. These amazing people NEVER did that! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I didn't have a consistent dentist for almost 4 years until Dr. J at Eagle Pointe. She is always so kind and understanding and knows how to make you feel comfortable while clearly explaining everything. The whole staff at this office is amazing, I don't dread the dentist like I used to before Eagle Pointe. The technology at this office is impressive and makes everything so smooth and quick! Grateful to have such a great dentist and office

I have been coming to Eagle Pointe for all my dental needs for several years. They have fair prices, great staff, and availability to all dental needs. I won’t go as far as to say that I enjoyed getting a root canal, but my experience was as pleasant and pain free as I could have hoped. Dr. J, Dr. Wilson, Carmen and everyone I encountered, was warm, kind, and extremely professional. I came from their sister office, Northeast Heights, but because I needed to see an oral surgeon I got sent to this place to get a lower wisdom tooth out. I was told I would be sedated. They put an IV in my hand, put some meds in there, and immediately started working on my mouth. I don’t think enough time passed because I was aware and alert the entire time they were working on me and I felt a lot of pain while the procedure was being done. They were not gentle at all, in fact they were pretty aggressive not abusive, but heavy handed all I kept hearing whenever I would cry out in pain was “almost done” and all the equipment in the background. And the second it was over I heard them say “Ok we can get you out of here now” I know I must have screamed during the procedure, but after mine was over I heard someone else in another chair crying and moaning too. They put me in a wheelchair I’m a big girl and they stuffed me into a wheelchair that was much too small for me and wheeled me out to my husband who took me home. I’m glad it’s over. I felt it was almost traumatic. And it was like a revolving door of patients. Nobody has even called to see how I’m feeling. All the other dentists and surgeons I have worked with have called to check on me. Guess I’m just a number there.

I have been seeing Dr Jusemmy and Lily for years now and they are the best! They listen to your concerns and work with you! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful team at Eagle Point! Dr. J helped me with some gum issues that had been bothering me for years with a special oral DNA test and targeted medicine. It's made a huge difference! One of her hygienists, Lillian, also did a great job cleaning and being careful around some sensitive spots I had. Dr. Stacy and her assistant Jose have also been wonderful in getting me set up with Invisalign. My teeth are moving and looking better then they ever have. The front office and other assistants are also pleasant and professional. Overall a really great office and tons of dental expertise here. 10/10.
