It's nice in quiet half of the time. The neighbors are friendly, clean place to live walls are a little thin but I like it.

The view at night its amazing

Had to help my friend move out of this place because his neighbor threatened his girlfriend with a machete and the management did nothing about it. Neither did the police. It seems pretty dangerous to live here

rent goes up every year but they dont like to fix anything.and you can no longer cook out outside
