Nice, quiet and interesting art in building. Plenty of seating and staff is very helpful!
Professional staff. Certified audiologists.Comfortable,clean. Best place to get quality hearing evaluation without pressure to purchase hearing aids.
I just HAVE to respond to 'Charlie the Rainbow Unicorn'....she said she went to PEI growing up and they did nothing to encourage learning ASL or help her fully function in a hearing world? PEI is an oral school. There is no ASL. My 30 year old son went to PEI from 18 months to seven years. He is completely, 110% fully functioning in this hearing world. He loves his life, his job, his world. It makes me sad to think I may never have heard him speak. Charlie possibly never went to PEI and most likely should have gone to the NM School for the Deaf. There are choices and an oral school is what we chose for our 18 month old son. And before anyone says, we should have waited until he was old enough to choose for himself, bull. We made a choice for him and have absolutely no regrets. Neither does he.
I can not ever say enough about what an amazing place PEI is!! From their amazing audiologist, to their teachers, and every single person in between, you will receive EXCEPTIONAL care from each person!! When you go to PEI rest assured and feel confident knowing you have made the best choice!! PEI is second to none!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: The pediatric audiologist is AWESOME!!! She gave us reasonable expectations for going forward, and she answered all our questions including our daughters. She helped so much after my daughter was discharged from the hospital! She loves dinosaurs, and being able to take a picture with the one in the clinic made her day! THANK YOU!!!!
I went here growing up and these people did nothing to encourage learning ASL or helping me function in a fully hearing world. I struggled and still struggle because they preach oralism and even have an oralist school those poor children!!!. Do not go here. You are not broken just because you cannot hear. Take an ASL class and stop the stigmatization against being Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Good service, they know what you need and are willing to help you always. Friendly staff!
Christina and Kelsey are amazing and the best to work with! We hope to do business with them in the future
They NEVER answer their phone... this number must not be an actual number for them. An answering service is less frustrating because you actually speak with a human. I love their doctors and they were very helpful but you have to go in person to actually be helped. If you can’t schedule or pay a bill how can you be treated as a patient.
They treated my daughter and the Dr. Was great with her. That doesn't always happen with children so i was very happy with our time here!
