Earl of Sandwich

The man in the photo is very rude, it seems like he doesn't want to work there, he treats the customers very badly. Why you don't quit if you don't like your job. He didn't even pay attention to us, nor did he make eye contact with us. He started counting chips without wanting to serve us.Food: 1/5

No gluten free bread, but the lady working there was very nice and made my Philly Cheese steak into a sort of hot salad and it was pretty good :Food: 4/5

Would never go there again & can't recommend anyone should. There's a man that works there that is incredibly rude, he's actually called out here in another review with a picture of him. He literally got upset with me for touching one of two menus available when the overhead TV's were not on showcasing the menu. He also rolled his eyes the entire time someone else was placing an order when they would look away like it was an issue to even place her order. Food was decent overall, but let's be honest here-this is precooked/prepackaged food that's heated up well. Atmosphere--I cleaned the table to eat on & all of the eating areas were dirty. Guessing Mr. Grumpy is also not into cleaning. 10/10 don't recommend, any other location in the airport would be a better pick.

Decent fast food shop at Philadelphia International Airport, friendly staff, clean environment, fair price, food so so, can't expect more for a shop like this where you can spend some time waiting for boarding while sipping a cup of coffee.Food: 4/5

Buffalo chicken wrap was awful. It was pre-made and lettuce was soggy. No ranch dressing. Maybe it would be good if fresh made. I don’t like to waste food but it was so bad I threw it away and got food elsewhere. Seating area is dirty I assume that’s the airports fault, not the restaurant.Food: 1/5

Salad bowl came prepared. It had been sitting so long that cucumber, lettuce and carrots liquified when you touched them. Wouldn’t give refund. Just threw away. Wasn’t edible.Food: 1/5

Tried a breakfast sandwich and was dry and tasteless! Very disappointed. Got the ham, eggs,and cheese.. very sadly disappointed. I would call it edible but even in a airport could of been a little better!! Was at the Disney springs location and their food was fantastic so thought I would try here... Made a big mistake to start the day, but hopefully my flight won't be delayed:

Sold me an expired wrap. Was disgusting and salty. Had to toss it and get something else. Somewhere else. Stick to the hot food menu items made on site. They seem to be at least edible. Be prepared for the a wait though as the old cranky staff takes their time.Food: 1/5

Ordered a breakfast sandwich egg bacon and cheese. Nowhere did it mention mustard or mayo that I hate. I should have specified, but to be fair, it shoukd have stated in the contents listSandwich and appetite straight in the trash. Staff were super friendly.Food: 3/5
