We have worked with Earth Ideas on several projects concerning erosion and drainage and they have met our highest standards on all aspects of the projects. Very impressed!

Earth Ideas was professional and prompt in helping with tree root issues. Mike came out and provided quote. Once agreed upon, everything was nicely outlined in contract. Michelle was extremely helpful and answered all questions. Crew arrived on time and they were very accommodating with my dogs.

Earth Ideas did the regrading my back yard. One of the line description on the invoice said: "Existing soils will be re-graded to insure all soils slope away from foundation and fence lines, creating a slight "V" swale across the back yard and down the left site"... Three weeks later after the job done, and after the heavy rain last two weeks, the water "yes" slope to "V" swale and hold back water at my back yard. I tried to contact Earth Ideas and they asked me send them the pictures.... and no one response to me until yesterday when I called them, I got the answer because I did not do the drain systems therefore the regrading could not help. I paid $4,501.00 for regrading my yard and signed the warranty paper that they promised to come back if any issued meant nothing. Please let me know should I filed the complaint with the court????

I'm sorry to read of other people's poor experiences with Earth Ideas. My experience was extremely positive! We had new landscaping beds put in the front of my daughter's bungalow and one in the back to camo the utilities, removed grass along the driveway and around the garage and replaced with blackstar gravel, put in a blackstar gravel walkway with existing concrete pavers, and installed a new brick paver patio on the back of the house, as well as a small brick paver pad next to the garage for the grill. Mike came out to give us the estimate, worked with us on the design of the patio/pad, as well as the new flower beds and what types of plants. He was extremely responsive and communication was excellent. Bonnie in the office was also great to work with. I'm extremely happy with the results. I felt their pricing was competitive and they got it all done in 2 days! The whole crew had an outstanding work ethic: they were polite, kind, hardworking, and considerate. I would recommend this company!

Earth Ideas installed a French Drain System to resolve my drainage issues. They installed seven catch basins with atrium style drain covers and tied in three gutters to the system, all drain into a PVC pipe wrapping around the house, leading to the front of the house. In addition to this, they regraded a portion of my yard for proper grading away from the house even graded accordingly for when I laid the grass…enough so the grass sits fit flush with grass line. Mike was wonderful, he worked with me as I had specific drainage issues…Mike knows his drainage! The Earth Ideas crew were also professional. When they came out, we reviewed the plan and they executed with no issues. I am extremely pleased with Earth Ideas work, just wished I did it soon than later. I would recommend Earth Ideas to anyone looking.

Contacted Earth Ideas after doing some research on companies that specialized in drainage as well as landscaping. Mike came to our home to evaluate the issue. He listened to my concerns and wishes and was very thoughtful in providing alternative solutions. The job included building up and extending the patio with new pavers in our back yard, cleaning out and extending two flower beds and refreshing with new plants, clearing out old rock and refreshing beside the garage, new grass installation in bare areas of the front yard, two new front flower beds, and all new stone borders throughout. The team did an excellent job exceeding our expectations. Jose managed the crew and kept me informed of the status. Mike was here on site off and on and made sure everything was going smoothly to specifications. The crew worked hard and worked as a team to get the job done quickly 2 days start to finish and beautifully. They cleaned everything up before leaving both days. Highly recommend their services.

Our backyard turned into a swamp whenever it rained and water sat against the foundation of our house. I wanted to fix the drainage issues and extend our small patio out further. I had several companies give me estimates and I ended up choosing Earth Ideas for the job. From the beginning, the owner Brian and landscape architect Mike made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I can't say enough good things about Mike especially. He oversaw the project and we spoke often throughout. I tend to be a pretty high maintenance customer, asking tons of questions and double checking everything. My fiance will be the first to tell you that. But, Mike was there every step of the way. He made me feel like I was his only customer and was treating my patio like his own. The crew chief Bernardo and his guys were clean, fast and meticulous in the installation. Unsurprisingly, the paver patio turned out beautiful. I couldn't be more happy. I would highly recommend Earth Ideas if you are looking to improve your outdoor living space or fix drainage issues.
