Nice climbing gym. Large bouldering set-up plus traditional fitness equipment and weights. Appropriate for all ages and experience levels. Also have food available and a pro shop. Convenient location.
Great bouldering gym with a really solid weightlifting area and yoga studio inside it as well. Didn't realize how good it really was until I went to 3 other bouldering gyms out of state. The facilities are kept incredibly clean and organized -- and the style of routes same color holds for each problem make life incredibly nice. Staff are also incredibly friendly and more than happy to help out. One staff member spent upwards of an hour helping me find the perfect first pair of climbing shoes to buy, giving me lots of great advice. I've brought multiple friends and family here to introduce them to bouldering, and plan on showing it off even more.
Very cool! The bouldering walls were great. There wasn't a lot of climbs suitable for semi newbies, it seemed to go from Intro climbs that were super easy to V1's that were pretty agrressive, but the gym was clean, well lit, and we loved playing pool, too! The yoga class I attended was also great. We would definitely go back if we lived in the area.
Bouldering only. Friendly staff. Intense yoga. Good selection of gym equipment. Great Rock climbing gym. They started some kids programs recently. Half day climbing camps in summer and a monthly enrollment after school program that my son enjoyed. Also very LGBTQ+ supportive year round which is great to see.
Well rated boulders challenging climbs, you can adjust the angle of the moon boards and one of them has LEDs that are connected to an iPad to try many different climbs or training circuits. The workout area is spacious and their yoga room is next level. I really like the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
Fantastic facility! Took an intro class and our instructor was courteous and helpful. Made sure we understood the rules and safety of bouldering and encouraged us as we tried new things.
This isn't just a gym, it's a community. Everyone here is incredibly welcoming and accepting of beginner climbers, and willing to give advice upon request. If you're looking for a new physically active hobby to keep you in shape, this is the place to go.
It’s a damn nice place for bouldering. I’ve been to other rock gyms and they were fun but this one has a great diversity of routes and holds. It’s not just like a few walls with some small cheap holds, there’s a bunch of walls with a ton of unique holds big, small, and in between. the walls are also all different angles and rounded so their much better then just straight 90° walls or whatever. There’s this hanging island thing with a peg board, horizontal grip ladder, and those half ball grips which is fun to try and climb as well. There’s routes for all skill sets and even if you don’t want to climb there’s a gym attached and nice places to sit and watch or shop; and right next door a nice ice cream shop and craft brewery. Even though there were a lot of people kind of on the Saturday afternoon I went we still had barely any trouble finding a bunch of open routes and most climbers are like most Canadians, polite and helpful. Staff, walls, amenities, and all are enough for a solid rounded up 5 star review.
Great location for bouldering, tons of paths for all levels. Locker rooms always look clean and well stocked!
Updated: Cody listened to the complaints about the gym’s new layout & actually changed it. This is impressive on many levels. I feel heard — whether it he made the change because of this review or not.. he has earned my respect. Thank you Cody.
