As part of settling my dad's estate I needed appraisals on his home and 2 commercial properties in Queens. I reached out to East Coast based on their reviews. Their customer service and knowledge of the market was impressive. I would definitely recommend East Coast.

Steve was punctual, professional, and thorough during the property walkthrough, and provided the appraisal documentation in just a few days. He also followed up several days later to see if I had any questions which told me that East Coast cared if I was a satisfied customer. Not sure where to start--how about--best appraisal company--super professional--on time who care about the delivery of timely and cost effective appraisal services. From the first return call from Mike Pavlakos--President to Myra Acevedo- I instantly knew this was a first class appraisal company. Our estate needed a DOD appraisal which was completed timely and at a reasonable fee. The appraisal was very professional and our CPA was equally complimentary. Couldn't find a better appraisal company that offers multiple services in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
