I had a triple whammy with my car. In one week, I got rear ended, car keyed by some kids and what appeared to be a scooter ran into my passenger door and mirror but some drunken fool while my car was parked overnight. Thankfully State Farm was great and I found Peter and Raffi spelling?. These two guys and the rest of their crew were amazing. They helped me navigate all the insurance stuff, made sure my rental was stress free and best of all… took care of all of the above inside of 10 days and got her sparkling like new! I hope to never need body work again but if I do? Coming to East Coast!

Trusting East Coast Collision, Inc was a great decision. This business is customer service oriented and the front end staff is amazing. This establishment was able to work around my busy schedule and returned my car in better condition than what I left it. Not only did they fix the exterior of my car but they also clean the inside of my vehicle. Additionally, they gave me the paint color to my car so in the event that my car gets another scratch I can fix it myself. Most places would have kept the paint and used it for another vehicle but a gesture like that along with the wonderful customer service makes me want to recommend this place to anybody.Services: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are AWESOME! Our insurance sent us to them for a repair after our car had been hit and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They are so friendly on the phone, call you to give you updates, and are flexible with drop offs and pick ups. East Coast Collision is amazing! I was visiting DC from out of town when someone did a hit and run on my car. I stumbled on East Collision and am so happy I did! They took my car in right away, helped me get a rental car, scheduled my repairs around my schedule I was going out of town for a few days, helped me return my rental car, and did an amazing job on my car-- and they were even kind enough to help me change out an old windshield wiper blade! I heard another client say that he never liked to have to go to a collision shop, but East Coast made him feel better every time. I felt the same way and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I was in a accident where I had some body/frame and paint repair needed. East Coast Collision, Inc. was one of the preferred repair shops offered from my auto insurance. I did some homework on a few of the local shops and immediately stopped my search once I came across them. Everyone had rave reviews regarding their work and customer service and I can attest that I experienced the same. It did take about 30 days to get an appointment with them to actually drop off my car for repair but I was ok as my car was safe to drive and I don't drive much these days with working from home. Rafi, the owner, was super helpful and polite and kept me updated every step of the way. He explained the process and recommended setting up my rental appointment ASAP as there is a shortage and didn't want to be stuck without a car. Turn around was quick and finished earlier than expected. The work was great and looked like nothing ever happened...that's the point right?! The car was cleaned and was even provided with a complimentary small jar of paint if needed in the future. It's been about a month since being serviced and everything is still looking and feeling good. I'd definitely recommend this place hands down. As long as I'm local to the DMV area, this will be my shop of choice for any future needs that they specialize in.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I hit a deer head on while going 65 mph, first accident in over 20 years. East Coast Collision did a great job 1. repairing the car it was almost totaled, but not quite and 2. working with the insurance company. They did a wonderful job. Service was great from booking the appointment, letting me know about which rental dealer was closest, fixing my issue, and keeping me updated on costs and timeline. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Rafi, there aren’t many out there like this one. I came in to get an adjustment for my vehicle after an accident, and you saved me so much money, time, and peace of mind. I ended up not needing to file a claim. I will definitely be coming back for my future car repairs. Being this honest and helpful is rare.
