Alby & George are great! Owners very nice & helpful. They dont feed you that BS that other trainers do.

It's cheap and it's a pretty good gym for those of us who are just starting to work out.

Recently joined here. I definitely love it! Front desk is very nice. Feel like an oldschool gym which I love. Only for people you are serious into working out/lifters. There is none of the nonsense you see in other gyms.
