East Coast Toyota exceeded my expectation with their services. I went in for a test drive of the 2024 Venza Limited. My salesperson Youssef was very helpful and patience. I did not expect that they will find the red color that I wanted, but they did, on my first visit no less. Towards the end of my first visit, we waited a little by his desk, and he came back after he search their network of dealerships and said he could get me the exact car that I wanted. After hearing all the horror story of how bad dealership could be, I was prepared to go in and "have the fight of my car buying life". But that wasn't the case. He did not try to sell me endless useless things but did recommend I get certain services that I would've gotten. I value his opinion. He also connected me with someone that could do ceramic coating of my car before I picked it up. The process was simple and Youssef guided me through the steps with ease. Kept me updated when he could and even sent me videos of my car. Angel was the person that gave me a thorough run down of everything in the car, connected it with my phone, and answer so many of my questions. This is a bit of a surprise to me. My father-in-law bought a Toyota from another dealership close to him, it didn't sound like anyone helped him with setting up bluetooth, GPS, or anything. Me and my husband after learning from Angel knows how to connect his car to his phone so he could use Andriod Auto. I found my auto loan finances through a local credit union. I told them the rate I got, they didn't waste my time trying to convince me to go with their finance, since they said they couldn't beat that rate. I appreciate that a lot. In this day and age, all the information is out there and I wouldn't want to waste my time going back and forth on meaningless things. I am not someone that needs to get the steepest deal and discount, so we agree on pricing relatively fast. All in all, the process of buying my car was relatively simple. Everyone I've met was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are close by.

Bought a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SE yesterday from Alex. He was very professional and really listened to what kind of car I wanted to buy. They were able to negotiate with me to a final number I was comfortable with. I would recommend this dealer/location to others!

I bought a Honda car here, but there was a problem with the engine after only four times of driving. There was a strong shaking in the accelerator. I stopped to check and found that the oil had dried up, and the car sold had not even been replenished. Now the warning lights on the dashboard have been on several times. I have completed two cans of oil, and the car still jittered continuously, and all the lights are still on.

Excellent service and transparency. Brian “El Mago” made my car purchase as smooth as possible and even gave financial advice. I am more than happy with East Coast Toyota!
