Great place be going the since it first opened years ago

Convenient I don't drive so I'm thankful to have Eastend redemption the owner and employees are friendly and helpful

Called to check hours a couple times; owner answers even when business is closed. Seems like a decent guy. Convenient location. I will be back.

Although I did not have direct experience with east end they very kindly supplied me with other information that led me to what I needed. They were very courteous, took time, and were extremely helpful. Wish more companies would learn to respond in this way by phone!

People are friendly! They don't care how many bottles you bring.

I no longer go there even though it is the closest and most convenient redemption center to my location,yelled at and cheated
