Was taking a walk on New Year’s Day and through the windows I saw one of my favorite dishes being served- ginger scallion lobster!! I walked in and was immediately seated by a very polite gentleman. I felt underdressed as the staff are dressed nice but no worries, it’s a very casual place just very nicely decorated. We ordered the fried rice and ginger scallion lobster. One lobster was 33 dollars, not too bad. Once we were done eating, they provided us with green tea and oranges. Delicious and the best way to start the new year
One of my favorite places to grab dim sum. You don’t need to go to Chinatown in Manhattan to get your fix. Staff is super friendly. Service is great too. Food is always fresh and you can’t go wrong. We got the lotus leaf rice wraps, shrimp dumplings, shrimp rice rolls, tofu skin rolls and the chive and shrimp dumplings. It was all so good. Be sure to bring cash as they’re cash only. Expect about a half hour wait during peak times.
Not only is the dim sum super tasty, it's also great value for money. The staff don't speak much English but they were very friendly and helpful.Food: 5/5
Good food for fair price. Service is always efficient and good for the price you pay.Food: 4/5
It's a typical dim sum restaurant. Lots of people and overall food was very good. The staffs were nice and courteous. They apologized for the wait which wasn't that long considered that they had a full house. We were looking for some stuff that wasn't available in the cart and they brought it to us. I'd recommend this place.Food: 5/5
Very Authentic Cantonese “Yum Char”, which mean drink tea. And also Dim Sum for paring with tea. Great deal and always full of customer.Food: 5/5
This is an amazing Chinese restaurant. It is an old school banquet hall, design to accommodate large parties and family groups as they celebrate birthdays, promotions, and other important events. There's not much seating for parties smaller than six, so bring some friends who like really great Chinese seafood. We arrived too late to sample the dim sum, so will have to come back. But the shrimp with orange sauce which our waiter advise us to get with mayonnaise sauce, which we did was flat out amazing. The shrimp were delicious and the broccoli… Some of the best we have ever had. The steamed dumplings were the best we've had since returning from California. Someday soon we will arrive in time for lunch and feast on dim sum. If you want to join us, before warned that, at least on weekends, you can wait for an hour or two to get into the restaurant when they are serving dim sum.
We went with a large group for a birthday dinner and made a reservation before hand. They gave us a table right by the door even though the entire restaurant was empty when we arrived. They made us wait 20 minutes to order and by that time the restaurant was filling up. They didn't bring us any real food for almost an hour.. some of the girls at my table were so hungry they were just eating just duck sauce with a fork. When the food finally started coming out they placed 4 dumplings on our table and walked away for another 20mins. We were a group of over 10 people. Overall we all felt discriminated against.. we left a small tip because of the poor service and 4 waiters came over and started ganging up on us. They should really be ashamed of themselves. The food was OK. I like the eggplant dish.. besides that I've had way better Chinese food.
Went for dim sum last sun and despite arriving around 945am there was already a line out the door! The wait was reasonable but expect longer waits at later hours. The service was fantastic! Always attentive despite the full restaurant, changing our plates when they saw them getting too full or dirty, and changing our tea and refilling our water before I could even ask! The food too was excellent! More than enough carts roaming around. Will def be back to try more dim sum as well as try the regular menu items. Saw plates heading to larger families and it looked AND SMELLED amazing!
There is hair in their shrimp dumpling, embedded in the dumpling wrap. And right after I took this picture, a waiter took it away and left without asking. Although the flavor was good, I won’t go back to the restaurant.Food: 2/5
