I recently went to see Dr. Alex after he was recommended to me by several people. As a brand new patient, Dr. Alex was able to get me in immediately and treat me within 10 minutes of calling. It is very obvious that the team here is deeply committed to providing exceptional care to their patients, and making the entire patient process as easy and seamless as possible. I can't say enough good things about my experience here.

I have been doubly charged three times for the last two years, as hidden charges in the bill shown as "transfer balances". I hope that this has happened ONLY to my family. I understand that everyone makes mistakes. But if someone make a same mistake again, again, and again, like this case, then this mistake is not a mistake anymore. If I did not examine the bills carefully enough, I would lost more than $160 without knowing it. I describe what has happened below. I sent a few emails to this clinic to resolve this problem, but I did not receive any reply email from the clinic. Thus, I had to call the clinic. I expected a kind of apology from the clinic, but surprisingly an associate yelled at me, "The billing department is not a part of the clinic and thus this is not a problem of the clinic." Then she could simply forward my email to the billing department. She added that I should resolve the problem directly through the billing department. It seems to me that she got so mad at me since I continuously sent emails to them. Thus I asked her to send me the email address of the billing department via a return email to me, but she refused and forced me to write down the email address over the phone. Since I felt that they had a severe attitude problem, I asked BBB to intervene to resolve this issue. Now the clinic says that I am the source of the problem since I refused to resolve the problem through a different company the billing department! Finally, I got all the charges back. But no regret or apology from the clinic! In short, they have great attitude problems; they may think that they have too many customers patients. They have various medical equipment in the clinic. I PERSONALLY worry about having been examined by their medical equipment. Considering their attitude and the level of customer service, I don't think that the equipment might be well maintained. I hope this is not the case. In conclusion, you'd better examine the bills from the clinic really carefully.
Care seems good enough, but the physicians will call for unnecessary tests and procedures in the name of “just in case” to run up your bill. Do not recommend.
Easy to get an appointment if you can even get someone on the phone. Half the time you get disconnected. Most of the receptionists are rude and flaky, the waiting rooms are freezing, and it takes an hour---every time---to see the doctor. And God forbid you ask the docs too many questions: they really dislike that, you'd best believe. Also, you'd better go to the specialist THEY recommend go figure. or you'll get a dirty look. Plus, I received a bill for 1 grand because my insurance info was entered incorrectly, and it took 45 days to get the mess straightened out. I'll take my business elsewhere!
Doctor Sarah is nice, but office overall is rude and completely inconsiderate of peoples time. Set an appointment for a simple prescription refill. Appointment was for 12:45, still havnt neen seen in over an hour. They brought me into a room and I can hear the doctor and the office staff chatting away about personal issues with no regard that some people have to get back to work. After waiting an hour and 45 min past my appointment time, they tell me I never had an appointment. I record my calls for work, so I replayed the call and turns out the office manager was the one who took my appointment then told the doc I had none and caught a serious attitude when I showed my frustration. Such terrible customer service. To follow up, took almost 2 hours to get my prescription. The visit with the doctor took 2 min. I get to the pharmacy and they couldn't fill it, said it was missing something myself and the pharmacy have been calling non stop, camt reach anyone or leave a vm. It just hangs up. Getting this squared away and will never use this office again. Terrible customer service.
It took me a week of constantly calling them every day, for them to talk to me on the phone. All I wanted was a REFILL on a prescription that I already had from them. Phone wait calls were 1 hour every day. They would not refill it on the phone. I had to go in for another appointment. Once there, I had to wait 2 hours in the wait room, AFTER my appointment time, just waiting for the doctor. Waste of time and mockery. Looking for another doctor.
Dr. Le is amazing! The office staff is very rude! Not only do they order food while we are waiting in line to sign in but they also hold conversations with other staff members while you are trying to speak with them. All you can hear in the back is giggling and personal conversations going on. Very unprofessional!!!!! Oh! And don’t ever call the office. They will have you on hold and forget that you’re even there. I hope East Jefferson Family Practice replace their office staff. It will be because of them that these doctors are losing patients.
I shouldn't have to fight every month to get my prescriptions refilled. I also shouldn’t have to fight to have someone call me back to explain that after 2.5 years they are going to stop refilling one of prescriptions without any notice. This office needs to communicate better with their patients and the patient’s pharmacies. Today was the last straw when they would not send in a refill because I had an upcoming appointment with specialist. Yes, that appointment in a week but I’m out of my medication now. I’m so done with this place.
I was looking for a primary care doctor closer to my home as I have no car and have been having exacerbations of my COPD. Made an appointment for 815 Saturday morning. Upon arrival I tried calling the office got no answer walked into the building from the side door and caught one of the employees coming in Who then advised me that I have to wait outside for my appointment. In an exacerbation of COPD I had walked from division Street to this location I was soaking wet from sweat and could hardly breathe and was told to sit outside I asked for a superior to call me and I’m not received a call yet. This is bad business and I am a healthcare provider as well
