Horrible attitude from management towards their customers, very unprofessional and uneducated people with beyond bad customer service! I had to call the cops! Which by the way told me they're always frequent visitors for the same type of situations with other customers.

Ive been using storage solutions for a few years now and the past couple of years it has been better, management wise. Its always clean garbage is never over flowing, they also keep up with the different type of people going there in and out of the buildings making sure they run a safe environment.

Very friendly helpful awesome staff. Great budget friendly prices and good storage units. Love the indoor units with use of large carts and elevator access. Check them out for specials they might have. Either way would recommend the Mcdowell location to everyone...

Would fully recommend this company and more specifically this location. Both employees that worked helped me greatly, the gentleman helped me find the perfect storage unit, extremely nice and helpful. Could not have asked for better customer service!
