Clay courts are ok but there are many cracks on hard courts. The staff is nice and helpful. A lot of parking spots
We hired Charles to coordinate our event. He was awesome and worked really hard. Spent a lot of time with people helping them improve their game.
Plenty of great hard and clay courts at a beautiful location, but as others have stated—awful service. It’s almost like they don’t want you to use their courts. It’s almost impossible to reach someone on the phone to make reservations. They either need an online booking system or someone consistently at the front desk to field reservation requests.
My brother and I have been taking beginner classes here, and regularly rent courts to practice. We’ve been very happy with our coach, Yared, and have enjoyed the facilities and the location. The staff is very nice. Vernon at the front desk is always very helpful.
This set of indoor courts is among the dirtiest I’ve ever played on. So much grit on the floor makes the ball bounce slowly, and suspends time for shot. More like a clay court than hard court. If you want hard court, would not play here again.
Take a lesson with Coach Neil that guy knows how to coach. If you’re a beginner or advanced he’ll get you playing better quickly.
Worst service you can expect. No response to emails at all, unjustified extra charges. I recommend that you find somewhere else to play/take tennis classes.
They have clay and hard courts. The courts aren't well maintained and it can be difficulty to reach staff to make an appointment or find out about weather conditions and court closings. Parking is also limited as bikers tend to think they can park in the lot specifically reserved for the tennis courts because it's convenient for them.
EPTC is a poorly managed facility - many outdoor courts have cracks or holes in the nets, clay courts are a mess, staff at front desk are unhelpful, etc. etc. The one thing that made playing here worth it was the tennis pro -- Michael Summers -- who is now leaving. Michael is an amazing tennis instructor and the best tennis pro in the region! GSI the company that manages EPTC should do everything they can so that Michael can stay.
Courts are good but the service is really terrible. The staff make you feel as if they’re doing you a favor getting you a court - which you pay for. They also left us waiting at the counter into the hour while they meandered about chatting to people.
