Contacted this company to get some help for my father-in-law. Was told they would call me back. Waited 3 days did not get a call so I called them back. Was told once again that someone would call me. It has been 3 weeks and have not heard from them yet!!! We were able to get some help but from another agency. Don't waste your time with calling this company.

Unreliable and unprofessional. In a week's time they canceled sending a care giver 3 times, at the last minute. This was to sit with someone who was already in an assisted living facility. They said they would call back in 2 hours to let us know if someone would be there that evening. Over a week later and they still haven't called.

East Tennessee Personal Care Services are the best in the business. They are a caring, compassionate group who will go the extra mile to ensure your loved one's comfort, safety, and overall well being. I am very glad for the work this group does and highly reccomend them. 👍

I'm an employee with this AMAZING agency. This is a company who is not only compassionate for the clients, but they are compassionate about their employees. I'd highly recommend this agency, whether you're looking for a caregiver or a rewarding job.

East Tn Personal Care provided AMAZING In-Home Care for my family in Knoxville. Their caregivers were well trained with Alzheimers and provided extra help for my grandmother in her home.
