I have this bank for around 3 years as well as I'm on my third loan as a credit union strictly thier rates for personal,home and auto loans are the best around but thier banking is absolute garbage as well as thier credit cards. I got charged a late fee on my credit due to payment system issues the bank agrees that it was paid and the fee should be removed on almost 7 months later it still isnt removed. I went to deposit money to pay my loan via the drive through for the machine to take 60 of the 90 dollars. They said they would get back in touch with me Friday it's been two weeks and nothing. The atm has also eaten my room mates money as well. Then let's talk about the large amount off fees with this bank I have never had at any other such as a overdraft fee on a account that has no overdraft protection. When I asked about it they said it's because my debit card processed a payment while negitive somehow and refused to waive it stating it's my financial responsibility. Tl:dr The atm will take your money and they wont credit it to you. They have multiple fees and once they waive one of thier ridicules fees they wont waive another. Dont get thier credit card because its third party. Garbage bank and garbage service. Since I moved to Chase I have had no issues so o would suggest doing the same. They give you 200 bucks for signing up with direct deposit anyway.

I really like having them as my bank. they look out for you, make personal calls to make sure all is good. complete followup on everything you do. people here are always nice they go out of their way to help you anyway they can, even if they have to send you to another company

I've had an account at many different banks, but this is the cleanest and most professional one of them all.

A while back I called to discuss the appraisal results, and was told there was no time to talk, was needing to leave, and would call back the next day...never received that call. So we closed the account and will now take our business elsewhere.

They like to hold your money and then charge you fees.
