It's a great school in my day grade 1996

It's certainly not the most perfect school in the world. The dress code is strict, not much school spirit, the clubs are lackluster, Spanish is the only foreign language here that isn't online (at the moment) and fights are not uncommon. However, I have never been to a school where the teachers cared so much about your success. If you put in the effort to succeed, you will. The teachers will help you. The administration is friendly and so are the counselors. You have the opportunity to take a plethora of electives, AP classes, and have the ability to take classes at Weaver.
One more thing: if you're an incoming freshman, be prepared. This is nothing like middle school. You're allowed to sit where you want at lunch, there aren't any lines you have to walk in (which means the hallways in between classes are packed) and you're subject to being more responsible. Some teachers may be more lenient than others, but most of them follow their own set of rules.
I enjoyed my time here at this school, and I'm sure anyone else can as well.

This school is amazing!! I have a special needs child and was hesitant about sending him to the very large school in another city but this has been the best school he has ever been to .I have not had any problems with the teachers or any other issues. Amazing school and he is passing in all his classes but one that he struggles in and it's a class he does not have interest in.
WAY TO GO EASTERN.

The school is okay
I must admit some teachers there are amazing and will do anything to help you but most of the teachers are not up to par and do not care about your success.
The administration lacks in keeping their students from fights and the dress code is way too strict compared to other school in greensboro

I had a great time in high school is definitely a place for teens to have fun and still get awesome education in the process
