Last week, I went to Eastern Plumbing to pick up some fittings. I was horrified that there were about 5 guys behind the counter, and none of them were wearing a mask. I have to be extra cautious since I take care of my 96-year-old mother. It shows a selfish indifference to everyone else's health as well as stupidity. I will never go there again.
I bought a boiler from these people and when i ask'd for the full receipt for the boiler the secretary told me they where not responsibly for the boiler. I told the secretary i bought it here. So she put me on hold i had to call back because she hang up the phone.well after that exchange she ask me for my email address 2 weeks later i'm still waiting for the receipt and warranty papers.the sales rep and the secretary are nothing but liars.so watch out if you buy you better make sure you get the papers and receipt don't let them tell you to come back for them.you'r wide up like me.
To answer Angelo's review we are a plumbing supply. We sell plumbing supplies. We do not do any plumbing work. If you want to hire one of our drivers to do work for you after hours it is no way a reflection on us.
Only good in this store is free coffee and cake. People arrogant not friendly.If they don't know you . Forget you will buy what you need simply they are sa busy .They have no time to help you.Dont used this store. I don't recommend.Bad experience bad price.Just bad store. Location VERY BAD.
Moved to 15th and Kent! Great experience. Came in for some routine needs. Staff was friendly and didnt look at me oddly because I wasn't a contractor. Really helpful, answered all of my questions and I will definitely return.
They were really helpful and really nice! Got what I needed for my new apartment at a good price! Def. recommend
One of the worst Plumbing Supply Store ... They are rude and don't know what they are doing .... An employee of there's John Vazquez has no plumbing experience after paying to do some work in my bathroom I had to hire another plumber to correct all his mistakes
Staff was casual relaxed and were sports fans. Fun group, good prices
Worst service! Called them and some girl with attitude picked up and hung up because I asked her for something they didnt have.
Place is ok for a plumbing place. Old but fully stocked. Price $$
