I am very impressed with the professionalism of Eastern Moving and Storage. From my first phone call, everyone was extremely responsive. Tim provided an estimate while on his vacation, scheduling was easy, and the guys who moved me were amazing. I will have to move again and plan to ask for Tom, Dante and Tony to do the work. They are super efficient, professional and experienced. I can’t say enough great things about the three of them. You just can’t go wrong by using this moving company.

If you are lucky enough to get TY as your crew chief and his team of Tony, E-mon and Lewis, you have the dream team. They all came prepared with smiles and energy and muscles and beautiful manners. Their humor was comic relief. The move was safely preformed and with no damage or drama. Thank you to the guys for a job well done. Sherry and Gail took my call and scheduled and administered this huge move with dispatch and professionalism. What a pleasure to deal with a company that cares and treats the customer with great service and solid communications.

They are okay; the quoting process up front and communication up front seemed fairly good. The moving crew was nice and hard working. They dealt with a fairly large and unruly entertainment center and managed to get it disassembled, moved, and reassembled in the new house, which I was impressed with. However they underestimated the quote even though we did an in person walk through for everything that needed to be moved, and there was a bit of a delay while they figured out what to do when they ran out of room the day of- ultimately deciding to get another truck to come get the rest. They also left a bunch of items at the house that were supposed to be moved, so I had to go back and move them myself. They broke a dining room chair which they took accountability for, and offered to have it fixed. We never heard back and when I followed up they said they don't have the chair, sorry no recourse. And finally, we were moving into a brand new build and asked them to remove shoes/ be careful with walls etc., but they still dinged up our walls and did not remove shoes.

Eastern Moving has been our lifesaver twice now, once moving from apartment to apartment and again when moving to our first house. Gerard and Jesus were professional and efficient. They treated all of our stuff just like it was their own. Could not recommend them more!
