Do not even try to call or leave a message for them.  They are horrible. Absolute joke.  When Jay was there, there was communication for people who needed it. Now it's a rediculous joke of phone tag and people who could care less and still get paid via Nebraska taxes. No wonder so many people don't get the help they need.  Tried helping a friend going through no insurance and bad times.. Don't even call them. Complete waste of your time.
