Eastern Virginia Medical School

Came here for a medical adventure night with my high schooler. Parking and the campus were a little confusing but the campus was good looking. The program itself was fun and engaging and the staff were really nice.

This is the slowest doctors office I ever been to ! You will be here stuck for over 2 hours every time! Your better off going to the Va Beach office

Horrifically unfair interview experience here. Everyone else came out of their interviews smiling saying how their interviewers just asked them easygoing questions like "Why do you want to be a doctor?" and "What appeals to you about this school?" Meanwhile, my interviewers grilled me on ethical scenarios they themselves admitted were almost impossible to answer. One of my interviewers rudely kept his head down and acted disinterested and like he had 50 better places to be than interviewing me. During the tour, a tour guide showed us the cadavers, which is disrespectful to the individuals who donated their bodies to the school. The tour guides were also rude and dismissive when answering my questions about the school. One laughed mockingly at me because I asked how heavy the reading load was, and apparently this was funny to him because none of the students read their materials. What a joke of an institution.
