How dare you refuse care to ANY child?! And you have the audacity to call yourself Christian?! At best, you are subhuman. And obviously pray to an evil deity as no God would refuse care to ANY child in need. I know what Jesus will do now. Strip you of your medical credentials & banish you from ever practicing again. That's called well-deserved karma. Shame on you!

My son has been coming to this office since he was 2 days old. (Now 10 months) Dr. Karam takes her time and forms a bond with her patients. He has also been seen by Dr. Roi and Prince , both of them did a great job and took good care of us. Front staff is pleasant and competent. They always call and check on the baby after sick appointments. They are prompt and you don’t have to call over and over again to get things taken care of. Honestly my experience has been nothing but pleasant.

Our family loves Dr. Roi, she is great with our baby and we love that she focuses on naturally boosting his immune system and prevention. She takes time to answer every question and gives you her full attention. She involves us in the care plan and is very kind and respectful. I feel so lucky to have found her to take care of my son and recommend her to all my friends!

Refused service to a child based on her parents sexuality. The doctor perpetrated it - the staff was complicit. Easy lake has failed to apologize, or reprimand Dr Venda Roi in anyway. This place has inadequate human beings, let alone health care professionals. How is this place still open?!

This rating pertains largely to the care I received from Dr. Melinda Karam when I was younger. She was amazing to my entire family and really helped me out when I was dealing with a myriad of health problems when I was a child. Later on in her practice, she came to have Dr. Vesna Roi join on, which was fine until she refused to care for the child of a lesbian couple due to her "deeply held religious values", which has driven the overall rating down on review sites. I'm not upset with Dr. Roi's stance, but more disappointed in her that of all the things she could've learned from faith, that's what she choose to take out of it (let's remember that Jesus didn't discriminate and often defended the most marginalized of us until his crucifixion; I would like to believe that he'd wash the feet of those who needed it instead of considering homosexuality immoral based off of the same passages which forbid eating bacon or wearing wool with leather.) Sorry to editorialize for a lot of this but again, I will always hold Dr. Karam in the warmest regards for what she's done for my family.
