Without a doubt one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences with any business. We initially reached out in September of last year about having them come out and inspect three fireplaces in our home and measure for fireplace screens. They came out and got measurements relatively quickly after our initial inquiry but things feel apart from there. We waited weeks and then months for quotes. Countless voicemails and emails went unreturned. We drove out to the physical storefront several times and were told that they were “working oour quote as we speak” but still would never receive one. The most recent trip out, they initially couldn’t find any of our measurements, stated that they actually had not even started working on the quote yet, then they said that if we could wait around for 20 minutes we would have a quote. After 40 minutes, they said it just wouldn’t be possible for them to put a quote together at that time… despite them asking us to wait around for a quote and telling us that it would absolutely be ready for us. Save yourself the headache of remarkably poor customer service, the sundry of excuses and lies about your order and their unwillingness to acknowledge that they are unable to handle anything in a timely manner.
So disappointed. The tech came out, was so nice.. we wanted to buy from them. Told him we would be out the next day he said great, would tell the sales people to have us quotes ready went the 2 days later, no quotes ready and the rep went downstairs to get them and after a while I went down and he was on the phone/ had not even started. So I ask him to email them, had to call again and about 3 days later got them. So expensive it was ridiculous. No way he could have known what he was doing. Got the name of a guy who installs and ordering on line. Tried and wanted to buy local. The tech needs to get a new job if he is depending on bonuses from sales
TERRIBLE service. Needed a remote for a gas heat stove purchased from Eastwood. They responded initially with a quote but would never follow up, answer voice mails or emails - even after I messaged them that I badly needed the remote with cold weather moving in.
Outstanding service from sales to installers. We worked with Vicky and her showroom team. Their knowledge of fireplace products was very impressive. We were given multiple choices and accurate timelines. The install team was over the top amazing service and super clean. We were so thankful for their awesome team. Our fireplace is better than we have had at any home we have lived in. Highly recommend!!
Friendly and helpful staff. They communicated great by email and phone. They had the green mountain grill pizza oven I was wanting in stock.
Very nice people, but trying to get service scheduled is mysteriously difficult. I simply don't understand it. I went in to the store and scheduled our appointment for a quote, and then waited. Guys finally came out, but I never received a quote, a follow-up call, or anything at all. I waited about 2 weeks and called asking for the quote and letting them know I wanted the work done. Nothing. Said they'd call me back with info. They did not. I called two days later. Still no info, but another promise to call me back. A week later they have not called me back. I am going with another company. The product I intended to buy would have totaled somewhere in the $2,000 to $3,000 range, installed. I was very patient, but they have lost my business for good. I wish I had read other reviews before I visited them- apparently the poor customer service has been a trend for at least two years. This is very simple to fix, and I sincerely hope the owners are able to turn things around. Again, very nice people, but wow- basics of customer service are absent. Return calls. Communicate.
Truell and Jason did a great job cleaning our wood boiler. It was a mess and they cleaned it out and made some adjustments that has really functioning well. I highly recommend them for you fireplace needs.Service: Stove & fireplace cleaning
