Easy Pickins

2 of the same boots different color same price. They bring up 2 old dusty disgusting boxes from the basement that I didn’t even take and charged me 2 different prices. One 7.99 and the other 19.99. She refused to honor the price on the boot. I asked for a manager and of course not only is there no manager but according to the employee there will be no manager for the rest of the week. Maybe Monday she said. Horrible customer service.

Better management needed! The store was not open at 9:30! I had a funeral to go to and they kept telling me they will open the door in 5 minutes!

The staff is pleasant and they try to help you find what you are looking for,, but the selection is very limited.. not like before

I purchased a pair of shoes Friday. I was concerned about the shoe’s Velcro strap. I tried the shoes on in the store and they felt fine to walk in. They were comfortable and all. Here’s where it goes downhill. The manager was the cashier, I didn’t know she was the manager at the time. I asked her before paying what their return policy was because I wanted to make sure when I wear the shoes I don’t fall. She said she understood and that if I bring them back with the receipt, original box and packaging in 10 days I’d get a full refund. I wore the shoes for 20 minutes on Saturday. Getting out of the car the Velcro strap came undone and I fell. Monday I head into the store to return them and a different employee tells me I cannot return them because they’re worn. I explain all that I told the first girl and she says come back tomorrow after seeing that it’s the manager that rung me up. TODAY I revisit the store. The manager recognizes me and remembers our conversation. What she miraculously doesn’t remember is that she didn’t tell me I could not return the shoes if they’re worn. I would feel better about all this if I was aware that purchasing the shoes meant I couldn’t return them, whether I fell or not. It’s just dishonest of the manager to scam someone into a sale. Terrible customer service and a scam return policy.

Great prices and really friendly staff, I love shopping there just for the care

Nice Clothing line, Summer shoes at best, a little bit of everything can assemble to a beautiful outfit. Price have gone up a little but the styles are worth it. It is nice to shop Pickins!

I run in once or twice a year f I need something at the last minute. Sizes are not true to size. Sizes are smaller than advertised. My biggest complaint is that Easy Pickins does not offer individual fitting rooms. There is ONE COMMUNAL fitting room. I thought communal rooms were a thing of the past. Communal rooms were designed to crack down on shoplifting not sure if has or not. These rooms are an invasion of ones privacy and it is insulting. Management needs to shut this "fitting room" down and renovate. A communal fitting room is distasteful. Bad policy. Poor judgement and an example of poor customer service.

I really write reviews but I felt inclined to do so this time. I went into this Easy Pickens to return a pair of flats that I had purchased at another location. I was refused the opportunity to return them because the assistant manager said that they were dirty on the bottom as if I wore them. No scuff marks just dirty. The store I originally purchased them from a couple of days prior had a pretty filthy floor. Carpet..... It was very poor customer service and extremely insulting! I will not be going back to that store.

Only one register open with a line of customers waiting more than 5 minutes as there was a problem transaction on that register. When I asked if someone could open the other register the "lead or Supervisor " said "there's only one open". Hello??!! I know that. Open the other one! I only purchased one instead of 3 since my time is not of value u only get a 23 dollar sale instead of 100 dollars.

Online said the store open at 9:00am I got there 9:10 still wasn’t open I went back 9:22 still wasn’t open they employees were inside I’m knocking on the door to find out what time they will be opening and no one came or responded there’s no sign telling you store hours it’s suck because I wasted my time driving to the store
