AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible. There was a problem with the artwork I submitted and their website wouldn't allow me to resubmit it, so my project was put on hold. Tried to contact them multiple times over the course of a couple weeks for help and got no response whatsoever. ZERO. Asked to cancel the order. No response at all. I eventually had to go file a claim with my bank in order to get my money back which took forever. Total nightmare.

Terribly run company, every order you send will be filled with errors. Then they'll charge you to fix the errors they made. Customer service is terrible. Don't believe the "3.8 rating" they are all fake reviews. You'll see all the 5 star reviews all were posted around the same time, if you click on them you'll see these they're all bots that all reviewed the same places. For example it seems there are over 15 reviews where they all the posters reviewed both Easydisc and "181 fitness" across town, what a coincidence! Check Yelp and BBB to get a better idea of who these people are.

We requested an order for 100 digipacks. Submitted our artwork, submitted the music, and crossed our fingers. I was a little apprehensive due to some of the reviews on here, however everything came out exactly as we hoped for. Our CDs look great, the printing is good quality, the CDs play in ever player I've tried them in so far. (Only 4, but still they worked in all of them). We received our order 5 business days after it was placed, (we paid for 3 day shipping and 3 day rush processing) which was a full 2 business days faster than we expected. I'm not sure why people are having a hard time with this business, hopefully they are submitting their artwork propperly. That was the tricky part for us, fortunately my band mates wife is a Photoshop master.

If you are looking to get your music professionally pressed then this is the place. I did the research and this is by far the best price without sacrificing quality. They are in Baldwin Park so I was able to meet them and go over the artwork and pick up my order the same week. The templates are very easy to use and one of the great perks is that you can pick up your order from the store which will save you a good amount of money on not having to get the shipping. I enjoyed a Farmer Boy's burger right down the street and came back the same week to get my order.
