Don't be fooled by its outward appearance: the food is delicious and expertly prepared, the interior warm but casual, the waitstaff friendly and attentive. It is expensive but not overpriced. Not exactly a romantic place, but a good place to take your mother for her birthday. I recommend the octopus rolled in breaded wheat.

First time for Japanese food, friend has been going for 8years, loves the place! Now I love it and I live in Massachusetts and can't wait to go again!!
