I've only been to this store once, but I was struck by how interesting it is. It has a variety of items mostly laid out in a way that made me feel like I was walking through the homes of several fascinatingly eccentric people. There are stern signs to not touch certain items, but the woman who was minding the shop when I was there seemed very engaging and willing to help.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Amazing, unique, and high quality inventory that changes daily! Never the same place twice. The owners are incredible people who make your time so much more than shopping, but a complete experience! Cannot recommend this place enough:)

One pass at the large storefront window on Chapel, (especially at night well lit, constantly provocative delightful set-ups of wares) this Best of the Best vintage-everything shop is a must visit and return to - even if from several hours' drive. The space is generous, the objects placed to easily be seen/examined and always compelling the farther in one ventures: and all in mint condition:  rare book, yards of luscious exotic fabric, a tantalizing clock, napkin ring, artist's box of untouched pigments, goblets,
exquisite lighting fixtures, vintage kitchen items, a rare flag, paintings, rugs but best of all (yet not for sale!) is Carol Orr and her deft and imaginative placements (in window or within shop) of anything with punchy colours, shapes, usefulness or zany decorative elements. Highest caliber objects for the imagination and for your space.
