Spent $160 on a pair of FANTASTIC shoes. Come to find out the company does not have a supply of the specialized brown waxed laces and only carries their basic white/black. I called their corporate customer service line and was instructed to search online and get one that closely resembles it. They told me they had no idea who produces these laces as they are "made outside the US". I'd expect more from a company that sells shoe care kits. I love these shoes, but the lack of support has convinced me to shop elsewhere.
What a great experience! Sharkea was very helpful and professional. This was my first time shopping at ECCO and I was very pleased with my visit. Will come back again!
I wish i could’ve given them zero star. Their staffs are unprofessional and rude also do not what they have done. Especially that african american lady is ignorant and disrespectful. I just want to exchange 2 pairs of shoes i purchased online but they mess up everything and ending that i have to pay extra some amount of money. If you ever want to visit ecco’s store please do not go there. Its just waste of time and nerve. They just charge whatever amout of money they want even you already pay them.
The Kashier number 5251 on Saturday 02/29/2020 02:52PM was rude and disrespectful I believe that Ecco is a great brand and I would continue to use the Ecco product but from different stores.The Cashier should be patient and polite people.
Horrible customer service. The store associate accepted my return processed transaction and then denied the return afterwards. Then, he lied to me to get the money back. Very unpleasant experience.
There is a short latino women that worked at this place and she was so rude and disrespect. Her attitude was horrendous. Like Ecco but will not be returning to this specific place.
Very friendly staff and fun shoe selection; got some great recommendations for a casual outfit I was putting together.
