Echod Graphics

So, I started using Echod Graphics years ago. And at the beginning everything was fine… BUT, 3 years ago something happened, and these guys totally lost control over their printing process. There hasn’t been a single job no hyperbole here, not a single one, that I don’t have to call back and get a reprint two or three times. It seems that these people have one guy printing the jobs, and zero Quality Control personnel checking what that guy is doing. I’m just going through another angry client that is not getting his job done on time since I have had to get his sign reprinted by Echod twice now… its ridiculous. This sign in question was poorly packages, and the corners got destroyed. Then the art was not centered correctly, and there were chips on the ink. I just got the reprint, 10 minutes ago, and the corners are fine, just the artwork still not centered properly, and one side is printed with the colors correctly, but the other side is Dark as if their printer person modified the file for some insane reason… I do not wish to think this is done out of spite, but I’m not ruling anything out at this point. Whatever the case is, these people can’t print for the life of them. They might benefit having a permanent Quality Control person living with the Printer guy just to make sure one art… at least one, comes our correctly. I’ve held this review for years. But I cannot do this anymore. I have to warn others so they don’t lose their clients this way. This is insane. Im leaving photos of their latest great work…

Professionalism Quality Customer service Pricing

We have been ordering with echodgraphics over 2 years now. We ordered multiple banners with them. Printing quality is excellent. Delivered on time all the time. Excellent customer support. Saved best one for the end , great prices, no one in the area can beat them. I wish I could give more stars than 5! Keep good work !

Horrible customer service and worse product quality, the printing came folded and cracked, the material for translucent is thin like regular banner, feels like 10 oz instead of 15 oz, the printing resolution was poor despite I sent a vector pdf, the deliver was in 2 separate boxes and one was lost for 2 weeks, worst experience with a sign supplier; never will buy again and never recommend

Ordered a job and the pickup time was scheduled to be 'after 1pm' I wanted to be on the safe side so I stepped in to pick up my order at 2:30pm and they told me that I need to wait another half hour. So I came back an hour later and then I had to wait another five minutes for my order to be ready. Sorry I forgot to mention that I paid extra for the RUSH pick up and that day was 90 degrees outside…
