I took my Rado watch to Eckers since it was only occasionally keeping time. I was expecting a repair to take weeks and cost several hundred dollars. However, Edward had the problem diagnosed in about 4 minutes and fixed in about 2 more. Best $20 I’ve spent in a long while. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing and is an absolute expert.

I recently brought a cuckoo clock in for a 2nd opinion since the first shop I took it to gave me at $275 estimate for repair when all I thought was wrong was the chain was off track. At Eckers, the technician was pleasant and engaging and he fixed the clock and tested it while I waited and charged $25. I would high recommend this shop.
