I have been here twice before and had a decent experience, but this time not so much. Arrived at 11:15pm to a pretty full place with ONE server. We had to seat ourselves because we couldn't even find anyone who worked there for 10 mins. When the server finally came we ordered our hookah which took 20 mins to get to us. We ordered our food at that point, which was around 11:30 pm. A few larger groups showed up so now even more people to ONE server. Then there was a group of girls at the front and one of them got too drunk and vomited on the floor. The owner got in an argument with them telling them to get out and as they were leaving one of the girls purposely knocked over 2 hookahs on the floor...glass everywhere. At this point it's at least 12:00am and now all of the staff is in the restaurant downstairs trying to trap them in until the cops arrive. My bf goes down there to figure out where our food is its been at least 30 mins and we find out that they gave it to this group of girls somehow great someone eating off our money. So they try to apologize and remake our order, which we didn't get until 12:30am! A whole damn hour after we ordered. This all could have been avoided if they had better service and we were able to talk to a server and tell them that we never got our food instead of having to finally go downstairs ourselves and tell the kitchen. Also they didn't tell us we were suppose to change our own coals, so our hookah sucked after awhile. Ugh I will NOT BE RETURNING here again. For $15 a person and a $10 BYOB charge, totally NOT WORTH IT!
The service was horrible we couldn't get a change in flavor for 20 minutes because the server was on his computer with headphones watching YouTube. If you bring a group of 3 and only two people smoke you only get 1 flavor change and still have to pay 15$ per person. One of the flavors also tasted like Aersol Pine Sol. WAYYY to expensive for the kind of service received. P.S. BYOB is 10$ per person no matter how many bottles on top of the 15$ per person.
Me n some friends went here i thought it was pretty cool n laid back. They charge u 4 byob tho but its still cheaper then buying drinks. Music n food was good i just didnt like that the dj would interrupt the music by adding in the siren horns constantly. Other than that i would still go back
They have a really nice lounge upstairs. We tried to have dinner there at like 6 pm on new year's Eve, and the wanted to charge us a cover though. That was annoying.
$20/person got me and my two cousins 2 hookahs and BYOB...service was great and the place looked well kept and clean...BIG PLUS when it comes to hookah bars especially on South Street
love this place. I just found out that they are having a comedy night on Friday Aug 29th 2014 Its BYOB tickets are $15 in advance and 18 at the door V.I.P tickets are $20 and $22 at the door
Horrible service, I should have gotten the hint when I walked in. They are very rude. Paid $15 and walked out 5 mins later. I recommend that you don't waste your time there.
I don't recommend this place. They charge per person instead of per hookah. He basically wanted me to pay even though I didn't order or smoked hookah. The hookah were not great either.
Really bad service, music was loud you can not have a conversation. We asked a few times to lower the volume and they put louder. They make you pay as soon as they put the hookah on the table. Overall save your time and go next door hookah house.
Music was all rap tvs were sports only opposite of chill more like frustrating limited hookah flavor selection and pricy
