I called this company since I was having bites for weeks which appeared to be bedbugs. The technician Corey went through every inch of my home and found not one single sign of them. This was definitely a relief but I was still bothered by the bites. He recommended that I see a dermatologist and I’m happy he suggested that since I was having a skin reaction not bedbug bites. I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bed bug crawling on my neck. I panicked and immediately starting tearing up my bed looking for more and found a slew of them on my bed frame. ECO was the only company open early and they scheduled my appointment that same morning. William was very professional and handled my problem with ease. Upon returning from a trip to Mexico I noticed some bumps on my arm and partners back. I didn’t think much of it since we were outdoors majority of the time and figured it had been from a mosquito. Well after back for about 2 weeks we both started having more and more bites which seemed strange since mosquitoes aren’t active currently. While sitting on my couch I felt something crawling on my neck and was able to grab it and what I saw freaked me out! I knew it was a bed bug since my mothers house had them before years ago. I called a few places and decided to give ECO a shot. They arrived and got right to work. The tech ended up finding more bugs in our bedroom behind our headboard and it sent me into a frenzy. I opted for same day treatment being that I couldn’t attempt to sleep in my home after what I just witnessed. I take public transportation to work every week and have been for 10 years in Washington DC. Last week while I was on my way home from work I became real itchy while I was sitting down and went to scratch my leg and noticed a tiny bug. I squeezed it and blood came out so my first thought was bedbugs. I immediately called bed bug companies online and this company was the only company that was able to come out same day. Fortunately they didn’t find any bed bugs in my home but I opted for a preventative spray since I didn’t want to take any chances. Price was very affordable and I feel much safer knowing my home is protected for 90 days. Thanks!

Never thought in a million years I’d be dealing with bed bugs but after moving into a roommate situation I found myself dealing with my worst nightmare. Jared was the absolute best he went through the entire home and found evidence that they had been in the house for months. disgusted but relieved since the roommates were actually blaming me for the bed bugs. After a lot of arguing and debating we had the home heat treated and it worked wonderfully. no more bugs or bites and now I’m in the process of finding a new home. appreciate all your hard work and professionalism.!!

Every now and then I’ll leave a review but this company definitely deserved it. I had Terminix come out and tell me that they found bed bugs and asked for around $5k to treat. Wanting a second opinion I called Eco and it turns out the bugs the other company claimed were bedbugs were literally just carpet beetles. I was so relieved and happy I contacted them before spending all that money for something I didn’t need. Thank you for your honesty it’s good to see a company with integrity these days and not trying to make a fast buck.

Their steam treatment was highly effective. The technician went through every square inch of my apartment and got rid of every last one. Highly recommend their service.
