Eco Express Car Wash

First time = Last time. Prices are more expensive than what's listed online. Purchased the "wheel wash" and didn't clean the front of my truck or wheels. Vacuum worked so one star.

New ownership since Oct/2022...they took the mat cleaners away And increased the price by 28%....top wash went from 18$ to 23$. New equipment as well in wash Seems fine. Vacuums are good. And now they have microfiber towels to wipe stuff down ....I really like that. But 1 star for price increase while simultaneously taking away mat cleaners. Really bums me out. Feels like greed to me. Covering losses from the purchase of a business. Why should the customer pay extra for the same service?....just to cover cost of purchasing business faster? Just seems like my extra 5 dollars is going to new owners dream rather than paying for a service.

Not worth the price in my opinion, though I rarely take my car to drive through washes. Really missed washing the whole front of my car, let alone the back. It was also supposed to focus on wheels but they are still dirty as well. I will not be going back.

Like it because of the car wash cleans your car and it lasts longer than just a couple hours or a couple of days it lasts a couple of weeks especially on the Windows it keeps the windows very clear. Enjoy the free vacuum hands down that's the best vacuum cleaner I've ever used on my vehicle got all my pet hair out of my truck.... I have black interior and white dogs

I have been a very loyal and longtime member of this car wash until now. The new owners Cobblestone Car Wash took over and "updated" their equipment and my car is not getting cleaned and half of their systems are malfunctioning. After speaking with the staff they also stated the new ownership is a mess and the new equipment is causing a lot of long time customers / members like myself to find other places to wash our cars. This is truly sad and I wish the old car wash had not sold. After going through the wash 2 times with just light road dirt from the past snow the car was still completely dirty and all the staff could think of was that the new sensor system thinks my SUV is a truck bed and it is causing the wash to not perform as it should. Go somewhere else if you don't want to waste your money.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

I was looking for a new car wash that offered club pricing. This place is definitely reasonable and a great when you need to get in and out. The actual wash isn't the best in my experience and the kids waving you through need a little pick me up But luckily with my membership, I can go through the wash as many times as I'd like for a low monthly fee.

Suddenly if you have ski racks, you're unable to use this car wash - however, there are no signs alerting you of this ridiculous new rule - and after waiting in line for nearly 20 min to arrive at the kiosk, I was greeted by a young gentleman that said I'd have to pull out of the line and couldn't use the wash. Find a new car wash location if you have racks of any type. The new vacuum nozzles are flimsy, detaching very easily from the hose.Services: Polishing

They were very busy today. The wait was reasonable considering the number of cars inline. Everything worked well in the wash process. The wash quality was good. I didn't vacuum on this visit but the vacuums appeared to be working properly.

Always quick in and out wash. New owners made it more efficient. Also, nice new touch with towels to dry off the car at each station.

I have come here a lot in the 2.5 years I’ve lived in the Cole neighborhood area. Today I was very disappointed. After the wash I got out to start vacuuming and noticed that there were many spots of dirt/dust still on both sides of my Jeep. I proceeded to wash my mats after I was done vacuuming and one of them got stuck. I asked an associate to please come help me get it out. He started yanking on it aggressively and then when that didn’t work he opened the mat cleaning machine and tried to dislodge it. He called another associate over to assist him. After all of this, they both just ended up yanking it hard out of the machine and tearing the corner of it. Overall just very unacceptable and I won’t be using this car wash again. Instead, I will stick to the Car Wash USA express on Santa Fe Dr. It’s a little out of the way but I haven’t had any experiences like this with them.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
