Excellent service & outstanding results! Jay & his Eco Wash team are 100% amazing. Jay spent the time to explain the different options available for what I wanted & didn’t try to “sell” me on the most expensive. He actually did the opposite! And, after my service, they had my car looking sleek & brand new. I’m so ecstatic with their work that I set up recurring appointments. Mahalo Eco Wash!

Jay the owner is downright master at the craft. Our few interactions have not only been easy going and super informative but the man is genuine. My 2 cents is you get what you pay for. He’s not here to rip anyone off. In fact the man has more work than he is able to schedule. his motto “if i time and i have the tools i am willing to help anyone” The pictures listed are a $150 permanent job. The aftermath is a clear coat that keeps my plastic trim looking like that forever. He even has a following of 30 or so people that are detailing enthusiasts that constantly ask him questions about detailing. If you want comfort in knowing that you get a reasonable price for the work that is done to your car then come here. From detailing to ceramic coating and even paint correction this place can handle every obstacle at hand. This is definitely a place i find comfortable spending my money at for years to come. Keep doing what you do jay. Your work is appreciated

I had two vehicles for shipment cleaning and it was a great experience. Staff were friendly and professional both visits. Online booking was easy to use as well.

Eco Wash= experience. Easy to make appointments, great customer service. Amazing services for my car clean and Jay fixed my dent on my Honda CRV. My car is always in good hands and looks like it's still new when I pick it up. Thank you very much !

Just not good. We did the premium detail for a Jeep Wrangler... we took a week in advance for a quote with the head manager. He quoted us $239 and stated all exterior including fenders, wheels, and bay, would be wiped clean and spotless, interior would be vacuumed, wiped down, and seats and carpet would be steamed cleaned. We dropped off and two hours later we got the called that it was complete. Arrived to a still dirty interior and the seats nor carpet being steamed. After a bit of arguing. He told us another couple hours and it would be done. 2 hours later, the seats did look much better but I was sick of arguing with him about the quality of service. The Jeep is still dirty, waste of time and money. I would NOT recommend this place for a true detail. Poor quality. See pictures for their “quality detailing”. Update: manager did give me a call about my service and admitted it was unsatisfactory and wished he had been there he was off the day I went and probably a much needed day off. He also cleared up some miscommunications and offered to completely redo it. Unfortunately we had already re-done ourselves and took vehicle to shipment. He did apologize many many times. He was very pleasant and if I could have, I would have returned for a second go, because I’m am sure it would have been more than satisfactory. Update: I gave him another chance with a different vehicle ... a Mini Countryman. Looked impeccable. He really tried hard to make up for the horrible job his men did on the Jeep. Moving my 2 star review to a 4.

Been looking for a while for an honest, trustworthy, reasonable place to get our cars detailed. Took 1 of our vehicles to Jay and his boys and not only were they on time, fast but did an AMAZING job Jay is super friendly and an honest guy. He really wants to help his customers and take care of them. Took another 1 of our vehicles to see if he could help me with the rust and explained different options to me along with the pros and cons and what he recommends. He really loves his job and is very passionate. You can feel the good vibes from the shop and tell that they all get along and want to be at work and take their job seriously and have a lot of pride in what they do. There is a nice comfortable waiting room and Jay makes you feel at home. Prior to my appointment Jay answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like I was being a bother. At first I didn't want to have to drive to Kaneohe to get a detail but haven't been successful in finding anyone in town and I'm glad that I took the chance. Jay offers a wide variety of services and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his boys, I promise you won't be disappointed. He also has a membership that you can take your vehicle back monthly to get a maintenance detail at a discounted price. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy business who does a damn good job, I would definitely recommend you giving Eco Wash a try. I really wish he could open up a location in town. I don't mind the drive knowing that our vehicles are in good hand with Jay and his staff. Mahalo Jay and staff for doing an amazing job.

I normally do not post reviews. But I wanted to highlight the excellent service and experience I had with Jay and Eco Wash Hawaii. He took the time to explain the services to me over the phone, and I decided to go with his services after shopping around even though he is located in Kaneohe and I live in town. After the ceramic coating was complete, he had me come back several weeks later, for my first car wash, which was complimentary, and which he informed that they do instead of doing it on my own to ensure that the coating does not have any issues. He then took the time to train me on how to perform a proper waterless wash, which he recommends for all cars due to the extremely hard water here in HI. They even provide their own car washing service should you not wish to do it yourself. I recommend anyone who is thinking about ceramic coating their car to go speak with Jay to get his insights and recommendations. His service and support are the best.

The guys at Eco Wash Hawaii are top notch! They do an exceptional job while keeping an eye on the environment. Highly recommended to others!
