Thank you Hilo! for recommending the Eco Cab Hawaii. Drivers I've met, James, and Fred, are excellent drivers! The ride is smooth, the fare is reasonable, the vehicle has air condition, it's clean! not smelly. The drivers appearance, professional, polite, punctual! what more can a gal ask for.. . I no longer call other Cabs.

Kept us waiting 40 minutes at the Mapunapuna Kaiser Clinic Unfortunately Kaiser uses the as this cab company which is a bummer. Very unreliable, long waits, do yourself a favor and get a decent taxi with a decent taxi company.

Ecocab is very dependable, drivers are awesome friendly. And phone staff has GREAT customer service. I fly from Hilo at least every other month Ecocab is who I call. Mahalo plenty

Waiting for over an hour to get picked up from Kaiser to airport. They stated we will be there in 15 mins. I am still waiting at Kaiser for pickup.

They wouldn't send me a cab because I live in Kahaluu. What a joke for a company. I'm sorry I thought the goal was to MAKE MONEY. Bunch of idiots.
