Awesome service … I needed to change lock and add another one to my door. Their quick service was unbelievable. Prices were reasonable. The tech made sure with me everything before his actions. I had my piece while he worked . Thanks so much and definitely recommend them
Had a lock that kept jamming on and off. The technician identified all the issues right away and fixed it and explained what was happening. He was very helpful and informative and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend.
I wanted a dead bolt but the guy said my door wasn’t good enough for that so he jus changed the lock. I told him I wanted a strong key I guess I should of showed him what I ment because it’s jus a regular key all that 189$

This is not the review for actual replacement of the lock, unlocking the apartment or any other actual service. This is the review for basic customer service skills of the business workers. Problem areas to work on while interacting with customers: - rudeness - short temper - service refusal - ability to explain basics of your business to people not familiar with it -being condescending

Service was impeccable from begging to end. I called early in the am regarding an emergency lockout and the tech Ron was onsite within 1 hour and worked with the timeline I had. Ron detected my keys were working great and did not oversell me with more services I initially thought I required. Turns out my battery was dead, he helped me jump start my car and unlocked the vehicle for me. Great company with perfect communication. Highly recommend!

My lock was frozen shut. Eddie and sons sent someone, and within 20 mins the tech was here. Took him about 10 mins to fix it. Very professional and their dispatcher made sure to keep me calm while I waited with my baby outside. Highly recommended! Gave Matthew the tech a well-deserved $15 tip.
