Very few things in life are worthy of 5 stars; there is some small flaw or wart about them that makes them less than perfect. Well, I can safely say in my dealings with Lawren Nelson of the offices of Edelstein, Martin, and Nelson have been perfect. They will fight for you, help you, assist you in anyway they can, and never make you feel silly or like a bother for asking any question. If you need a personal injury lawyer, you can do no better then these folks. They are the definition of 5 stars.

I was apprehensive at first about hiring a lawyer but after talking to Peter Janczyk one of the attorneys at this firm, I decided to go with Edelstein, Martin and Nelson. Everyone on the staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. My attorney was the best attorneys I've ever hired. I've had alot of experiences with attorneys in the past none of them were pleasant. I had actually told myself that I'll never hire another one as long as I lived but Peter Janczyk taught me that not all lawyers are the same and he was so HUMAN with me from start to finish it actually surprised me. He never treated me like a case instead he treated me like a neighbor or a friend, he was genuinely concerned with my well being and and working in my best interest was of the upmost importance to him. He kept me informed on changes and the different outcomes on the case, he took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions and was never to busy to address an issue. Usually after you sign the retainer you can never get your lawyer on the phone anymore, not with Peter Janczyk. He was the same from start to finish and he was always very professional and caring. I can't say enough about my experience at Edelstein, Martin and Nelson and with Peter Janczyk but I can say that I will definitely recommend this firm and this lawyer to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect and courtesy and wants a fair and trusting lawyer. This is someone I would want to represent my mother because I wouldn't have to worry about her if she's in his hands. Because of Peter Janczyk I've finally had a pleasant experience hiring a lawyer and I recieved OUTSTANDING service.

I’m from California and my Dad back in Philly has been in a tough position – his disability claim was denied by the insurance carrier twice and it seemed like things were going nowhere. So, last year I was in an accident in which liability could be argued. After calling multiple attorneys My case was finally accepted by Mr. Lawren Nelson. From the beginning Mr. Nelson went above and beyond to assist me in my case, late phone calls, house visit etc you name it! At first I thought the process of therapy was difficult then after completing therapy I realized it became more difficult on his part to argue and defend my case. At times I became impatient with the process and he was reassuring and advised me to be patient. TBH I did not understand until finally we were in arbitration and I witnessed the skill and knowledge it took for him to convince the arbitrators of our case. Yesterday I received my settlement and I am extremely pleased because the entire time he only gave me a realistic amount to expect. At the end of the day I received more than I thought!!
