Eden Funeral was very helpful with my whole family. Recommend this funeral home! Adriana was very nice and always checking up on the family to see how they are. My father was translated out of the country and she made sure my father got there safe, she communicated with the other funeral home to make sure there wasn’t any problems. Thank you so much for this excellent service !

Very bad service. Adriana is who we dealt with. Lack of communication. No link was created for my moms obituary as promised. She lies about not receiving calls or texts. We took screen shots to prove it. At graveside they were not organized. They let other people hold the cascade not only the ones that wearing black suits and white gloves. They did not lead people properly to lay flowers on cascade. And did not lead people right. It was a mess. They did not even place flowers before casket was taken out. Did not know where to display wreaths and other flowers. They failed to collect cards from flowers that was sent to us at church or funeral. My mom was not washed. She had sane pullup she left home with. Her hair was not done. She had black stuff on her nose. Caesar tried to touch up at church. They refused to let us see mom till viewing day saying they r too busy. The one time we were able to see mom was a Saturday and they asked $700 for 30 minutes to visit mom and $300 per visit during the week. They still did not allow us to see her during the week. Mom is not a covid patient. Adriana give appointments yet she made us wait one hour one time and 45 minutes the next time. She is Brain scattered. She asks same info zillion times. Poor communication with Healrhy team. She keeps saying we are busy but we are doing u a favor. Not sure what favor she is talking about they were paid in full for their poor service I had a very bad experience.

This place will nickel and dime you on everything. They appear to be good people but beware because the truth always comes out. Their number 1 priority is to be paid top dollar. Then they come later to ask for more money because certain things weren’t included. I will never ever use them again. I 100% recommend Southern California Funeral Home in Chino.

Eden funeral was very helping during my family's time of sorrow. Wendy and adriana took they're time out to help me and my family when my father passed even passed the closing time without any appointment. They showed us every step and never made us feel pressured or rushed and even on the short notice for my father's viewing they managed to get us the chapel. Wendy and adriana have my thanks for taking good care of my father while he was under them. They were willing to even hold on to his ashes until I was ready to pick him up. Thank you EDEN FUNERAL HOME!!

So thankful to Enen Funeral Home for all there help. Especially to Adriana, Thank you so much for all you help .

I’m only leaving a one star review because that’s the minimum you can leave this place doesn’t care about anything but money if your not fulfilling all of your services here they won’t be bothered with you it’s sad when your trying to bury a love one and people only care about money
