Very nice people and they do a good job. Haven't seen any pest. My beef with them is that they come and perform the service, immediately send the invoice and then send a follow up invoice THE NEXT DAY SAYING I AM PAST DUE....1 DAY AFTER THEY COME! Happens everything. So I wait to pay it...

They come every two months for their quarterly service. They show up whenever they like with no warning and charge you for it and then act surprised when you tell them you didn't want the service. Good luck canceling your contract too.
