Edible Arrangements

I have never had this bad of customer service. There were only two ladies running the counter and on a very busy day (Valentines Day) seemingly overwhelmed with their duties. One would think they would staff their business appropriately and stock their inventory knowing this day they receive extra business. As soon as my husband, my three year old and myself entered we were rudely asked if we had an order already placed, we replied no. We were then told if we wanted to place a future order it wouldn’t be ready until at least 5:30 pm- it’s before noon at this time. I then asked my daughter if she wanted a smoothie, again the lady rudely stated their smoothie bar was closed and that it was stated on their small sign out front. Another customer must have felt our similar frustrations and she too left, annoyed. Seems like this place is losing a lot of business and repeat business and could really be capitalizing on days like today, not turning them down.

They were literally out of fruit. I’m not kidding. They had 0 strawberry’s.

Love the products here but when you enter the store it takes a while for people to help you. Was the only customer in the store and had to wait 20min for someone to come from the back.

If you're going to charge a premium for a couple of strawberries, your customer service needs to seriously improve! Why order online to pick up in store if I have to wait 20 minutes to get it once I'm at the store?? You need more than 1 person out front helping. When I was here to pick up, there was 12 people standing in line to pick up!
