This place is a disgrace with bad business practice. I made a online order on 02/13/24 to pickup on Valentine’s Day 02/14/2024. I ordered a bouquet of flowers, a platter, and balloons. When i picked up the order I noticed the bouquet of flowers looked NOTHING like the picture online. On top of that I got offended because I noticed all they did was purchase the flowers for $24.97 from another store and resold it to me for $74.98! How do I know? Because they didn’t even have the decency to peel off the price tag, instead they scribbled out the price with a marker but the color of the marker was a lighter shade so the price was very visible. Do they think us customers are stupid not to notice? The flowers are the same exact ones walmart sells at their entrance on Valentine’s day. After bringing this to the manager’s attention she has the audacity to say that’s just the price tag for the bag it self… than why does the tag say 12 roses? What a dirty and petty business practice. Be ashamed of your selfs! Attached are pictures of what i ordered vs what I actually got. They did end up refunding me the cost of the flowers.
Do NOT order from this store. I should have read the reviews first. My order shows canceled today but actually they sent it to another store to fulfill. Prior to that I called to see if my order will be what is pictured on the site and they said they would try. If they didn’t have birthday candles then it would ship without them. Ridiculous! I’ve emailed the store and no manager calls back. Don’t deal with them. Buyer beware
This is such a poorly run store. I do not know what happened to the name of Edible Arrangements as the people at this store are unprofessional and irresponsible. They do not call you for delivery, but refuse to deliver it when you are home. When I went to pick it up in the store, they said they did not have it. The person working in the store was incredibly rude and frustrating to work with. I really hope someone reads this and takes this into consideration. -I am making an update to this review. I called another store to ask to speak to a manager. Someone from corporate got in touch with me and sent me the beautiful order my mother originally sent to me along with delicious cheesecakes. She said that my case would be used as a training piece. I am grateful someone spoke to me about the customer service of this store.
Best gift you can give to your Wife for Mothers Day. I drive from 83rd Ave & Bethany to this store on 32nd St & Indian School. Well worth the drive.
I thought this would be a cute gift idea for valentines day but I was sadly mistaken. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and it said my order was out for deliver... I waited at home patiently ... no one ever came to my house, never got a phone call, then my order said they couldn't deliver it but no one came to my house and I have a ring camera as well. Not sure why the delivery person would lie? Called the store first thing Wednesday morning and was told it was out for delivery today... waited all day called multiple times and was treated horribly on the phone. Looks like I wasted $70+ on some strawberries that never came. Why take orders if you know you can't deliver them??? DO BETTER!!
My parents got these for Xmas - poor size and unripe strawberries. He went back last night to show the manager and they told him they would call him back when another manager was there. No call this morning so we called again and conveniently the manager is not there. Calling corporate next.

Ordered at 10 in the morning got it by 4:30. For a big platter of chocolate covered strawberries and balloons. I think that’s a great same day delivery for fresh fruit. It was beautiful and looked delicious. My girlfriend loved it, great customer service. Had zero issues with them. Fresh and good. Thank you!
I bought an arrangement last week from this location and WAS very happy with it. Until I got the charge and saw my account was charged twice. Not only was it charged twice, it was for the wrong amount. It was for $4 more than it was supposed to be for. I contacted the store immediately. They assured me they would reach out to a manager to get It resolves. I waited a few days and heard nothing. I called again and nobody even knew anything about this issue. So I explained it again. Amber was helpful. She called ”corporate” to figure it out, when I spoke to her again, she asked me to send me bank statement info. I did. After I called her back, she stated there was nothing corporate could do to help me, so their suggestion is I dispute it with my bank?!? My statement clearly shows TWO charges AND the wrong amount. This is unacceptable and so unprofessional. This was my first and last time buying an edible arrangement it’s definitely not worth it.
They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy a "treat" sent to me by family after extensive operations. I received the HUGE bouquet at home, but realized it was made in part with melon that I am severely allergic to. They couldn't take the bouquet back after delivery, but made me a complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries box so I could still enjoy a treat. Thank you so much. I love your products and the customer service phenomenal!
