the guy who took my car was very mean to me. acted like a bad cop to whom I did something bad. i do not recommend this place and will never park there again

Took good care of my car. Wasn't too busy when I was there. In and out fast. No issues with car and the charge was as posted.

The staff is fast and friendly. The parking reminds me of matchbox cars. I have no idea how the elevators work. It's so cool.

My husband used this parking garage last night and it seems our credit card was skimmed. This is the only place he used the card yesterday and there were several fraudulent charges on our card today, including one for a well known store up the street. Take caution when going here. Our bank is investigating it currently.

Was apprehensive due to the negative reviews on here but honestly had a good experience. Parked fast. Used spot hero so issues with fees. Loved that they post what cars are oversized. Scanned my app and ticket. Out in less then 5 mins.

Friendly customer service and clean, but expensive.v if you drive anything bigger then a smart car they charge you extra.

It is pricey but it is NYC so I can't complaint too much since everything is so expensive here. It is located just a few blocks away from Hudson Yards so I am not upset about it. You get what you pay.
