Story Our ice cream is locally made in small batches at Halo Farm, our dairy in Lawrenceville, NJ. Our milk is from small family farms in Eastern Pennsylvania who agree to grass feed the cows and not use growth hormones. We homogenize and pasteurize on site, with raw cream and no artificial ingredients, flavors, or colors. We do not use preservatives or thickeners. We only use pure cane sugar, the finest fruits, nuts and chocolates. Our ice cream tastes better because it is better, and we never over charge.
