About We are an Education Center located in NYC, offering various seminars in Microblading Hair Strokes, Powdered Fills, Lips Pigmentation, Eyeliner makeup, Areola Regimentation and Hairline Pigmentation. Story With more than 26 years of experience in a variety of treatments, microblading, permanent makeup, and education. Terry & John founded the Outstanding Training Center wanting to pass on their vast knowledge to the next generation of beauticians and artists. Outstanding Training Center currently specializes in offering education seminars in Microblading Hair Strokes, Powdered Fills, Lips Pigmentation, Eyeliner makeup, Areola Regimentation and Hairline Pigmentation. All of our classes are in a small classroom setting with less than 10 students, and focus on practical rather than theory.
